How can I use an animated gif as my background image on a screen?

How can I use an animated gif as my background image on a screen? Is it possible?

I also still have trouble using the web viewer to disable pinch and zoom (.html file not found when webviewer opens).

The animation of Animated gifs  is not possible in AI2 except in the WebViewer  ...  see this example by Taifun
