Hello.

Im trying to make a Web Application for Android for my Favorite Browsergame. Its just some kind of Tiny Web Browser which loads an external Website with strategies etc for that game.. Are there any Legal issues to publish it like that? Its not Commercial nor  the App ist somehow Modified. There are even no commercial banners etc.

You can upload to Google Play ... see how here:  http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ai2/share.html    and specifically here   https://groups.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/mitappinventortest/SElyPkJGzvc

Legal issues:   Here are the MIT terms of service  http://beta.appinventor.mit.edu/about/termsofservice.html
What the document says is that you, the developer are responsible for the content of your app and not MIT.

This is NOT Legal advice:   If you are using logos etc. from someone else's game, that material may be copyrighted.   It is up to you to determine and to discuss with the copyright owner if you can use that type of information on your app.    Providing links to websites is generally regarded as 'fair use' .. if that is all your app does, it is providing the same service as the Google or Yahoo or other search engines.   To know for sure, I suggest you seek legal advice from an attorney.

Regards,
Steve
