In App Billing Services (extension by Taifun)

Hi! Since the last two months, I was looking for a method to put In App Billing Services using App Inventor. I ended up to think that App Inventor don't make this kind of request.

But today I found this extension(I dont have any experience with extensions, I didn't use them till now) https://puravidaapps.com/billing.php

I read that with this extension(that is for payment, you have to pay 10USD to have it, I was thinking on bought it) you could put In App Billing service with APP INVENTOR(Which I thought that you couldnt)

I have an app that sells tutorials. I was thinking on put free tutorials and, In another Screen named Tienda, put there the tutorials but locked, and they will unlock when you pay a small amount and it will be non consumable. 

Somebody knows that this extension is working, and will work with my method of pay? And if it works, and then I buy it, How can I make the blocks to work like I wanted?(tutorials locked, then pay, then unlock the content and its forever)
