Hey, I want to make a countdown that stops on a date I set in AI2 and the user can't change.
As a non-english person the tutorials are hard to understand. Can someone tell me or show me how to do that?
That would be very nice :)

that's a good way to additionally learn some English, isn't it... ;-)
you could take a look at my countdown example here https://puravidaapps.com/countdown.php and adjust it to your needs, e.g. add additionally the hours and days left
A very good way to learn App Inventor is to read the free Inventor's Manual here in the AI2 free online eBook http://www.appinventor.org/book2 ... the links are at the bottom of the Web page. The book 'teaches' users how to program with AI2 blocks.
You will not find a tutorial, which does exactly what you are looking for. But doing the tutorials (not only reading a little bit) help you to understand, how things are working. This is important and this is the first step to do.

Here is a countdown timer I made. I use it for when my son is in timeout. The time is changeable in my app but it should give you a good starting point.
