Resizing WebViewer Component

I am trying to add a url using a webViewer. The problem that I have come across is that the entire webpage will not display correctly on my tablet. The url I am using is http://ifp.everguide.com/commander/tour/public/.  I have the ability to zoom in, but not out. Any ideas on how I can adjust this component to automatically resize?

it seems to be, that webpage you are trying to open does not follow responsive webdesign...
