I was able to connect to my device one time but now if I either scan the code or enter the code the designer says I am connected however it won't pull up on my phone.  Not sure if I am doing something wrong.  I forced stopped the app in my phone and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same issue.  Please help!!

Make sure the Companion on your phone is the current one.  The bast way to do this is to download it from the Google Play Store... That way, when it's updated by MIT, you'll get the update automatically.

If not, you can download the current companion from the AI User Interface... go to Help, and Companion information.  Once you've downloaded it to your computer, email it to yourself and open that email on the phone, then install the Companion from the attachment in your email.

I'm having the same problem.  I was able to connect, now I'm having problems. I think something broke from the last update.  I'm on a Mac trying to connect my Note 3 and it comes up with a Network Error.  I've tried uninstalling the app... reinstalling it... I tried installing it from the .apk file as well.  Any other ideas?

@Kevin / Vincent   You might try using a different browser.  Many users report changing from Safari to Chrome to Firefox fixed 'strange' issues.   Try a different browser.   Does that help?  What that does is help to clear cache issues as does ensuring that the browser is up to date.   Changing browsers has frequently get many users operating.

@Kevin, you are on a Company network ... did the IT department change firewall permissions recently on your Company network?
