Use Server UDP Extension to send Chinese text, but can.'t receive Chinese text

Hi, Andres_Cotes,

     I use Server UDP Extension to send the Chinese text, the UDP Extension will get nothing.

     But use English text , UDP Extension will get English text.,

      Could you help me to solve the issue.
