Install an app on the emulator for testing

I made this tutorial a while back to provide an option to the AI2 user for packaging their app and installing it on the emulator.

Since there still seems to be a problem with some users and teachers getting the emulator to work in development mode with AI2,

and some students do not have access to a device for testing,  I thought I would provide this information here.

Follow the steps in the tutorial and you should be able to get a project running on the emulator.
