Hello I am a teacher in Spain. I have a problem because I cannot connect the phone with de AppInventor. The error that the phone shows when I type in the code is Error 1103: Unable to post or put the text I am sorry for my English. Thank you Carmen

This appears to be a school network firewall issue. error 1103 means there is no internet connection. Can you connect the phone using a non-school network; for example at home? If you can connect at home, the issue is probably the firewall.
I assume you followed the usb instructions here http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ai2/setup-device-usb.html . Did you install the required USB drivers to your Windows PC? Did you change the Android Setting in your phone in the developer section to allow USB Debugging?
If this is a school network issue, ports 8001 or 8004 might be blocked preventing communication between the PC and phone. General instructions for school networks are here:
