You MUST run setup first so that the necessary tools get installed. Don't change any defaults...
Once that's installed, follow Hossein's instructions below for regular access...

If you are NOT extending the App Inventor features, then there is no download. Simply open your Chrome browser and go to: http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu
