1) use Delphi Community Edition
https://www.embarcadero.com/products/delphi/starter to build both your Android or ios apps. Delphi is a 'traditional' programming language. The full compiler is expensive but there is a free version.
2) use Thunkable ... a commercialized App Inventor 2 clone . It has a version that is supposed to support development for ios. There might be other App Inventor 2 clones that can do this too. Do some research.
3) Use App Inventor 2 when MIT concludes debugging a version in development for over a year. An App Inventor version that can develop for ios is NOT ready yet. The capability might be ready in the Summer or Fall; whenever all the bugs are sorted out. It will be available when it is ready. Be patient.
