How to open apk file in MIT app inventor

I wabt to open A apk file on MIT app inventor ,i downloaded the apk file from a link (http://randomnerdtutorials.com/arduino-control-2-dc-motors-via-bluetooth/) the apk file is moade on MIT app inventor ..I want to edit it but I am unable to open it on MIT app inventor as it is asking about a file having (.aia)extension

I don't believe it is possible to open .apk with App Inventor.

You can save AppInventor files as .apk but not open .apk directly from App Inventor.

Only .aia source files can be imported into App Inventor.

Ask the author.
