Separating Math calculation

Using MIT App inventor 2 for the first time.
I'm trying to do set up a math calculation thread when button is clicked. The app is currently doing the calc in order of the equation, but I want to be able to split it up to do certain calculations first before doing other bits (in excel you would use () to do this). Anyone know how to arrange the blocks to be able to get the calculations in the order it needs to calculate?
Would be grateful for any suggestions.

- Are you using MIT App Inventor Classic, MIT App Inventor 2, or something else (what?)
- What OS are you using? (e.g, MacOS 1.8, Windows 8, ...)
- What browser are you using (e.g, Chrome version 30, Firefox 24, IE 8, ...)
Also provide as much information as you can, such as screenshots and instructions that will let others duplicate the issue.
