I am using
MIT App Inventor 2,
windows XP home edition,

Is it possible to access the Gps NMEA Data messages using
Appinvetor ?

Sorry no. The location sensor will only return:
Altitude
AvailableProviders
CurrentAddress
Latitude
Longitude
