I have completed my project using app inventor classic,

But i did not yet uploaded my app on play store and today 15th july 2015 app inventor classic is shutting down will i be able to upload my app after AI classic get down?

When App Inventor Classic goes away, you will no longer be able to DEVELOP using the MIT server.

However, all the apps you developed with App Inventor Classic for which you created apk files will run OK.

You should be converting to App Inventor 2. How to do that using the Converter tool is here https://groups.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/mitappinventortest/pBWVKmFYZv0 .
