animated buttons?

So far, each time I try to use a .gif file as a button's image, it animates in the inventor. However, it does not animate in Companion or apk on any device.

Is there an alternative way to make animated buttons?

gifs will only work in a webviewer (even though they do work in the companion, annoying, huh?)

There may be an extension that can help, but not sure if there is one for buttons

Alternatively, if you do not have too many (buttons)

you could use a clock timer and change the images on the button
