Appinventor Buttton not working when clicked

Good Morning house, please am trying to sent some data to mysql database using appinventor as my front end but after doing exactly what is my tutorial my submit button is not working and is not throwing any error. Please help me on how I can troubleshoot .

Have you used the web1.gotText block to check the response - code/content ?
