how to fire vibrate mode for particular time in app inventor

i am new to app inventor and programming too.i struck in a problem here..

After i choosed two timepickers one for igniting and one for stopping a event ,the event i selected is clock .The mode i selected is Gotfocus,Lostfocus to ignite and stop am i in right path ..please suggest..
