PC2Android - Android2PC - Bluetooth - AutoIt

Hi friends,

in other post I wrote about send/receive text to/from Arduino and Android by Bluetooth.

- Now we send/receive text to/from PC and Android by Bluetooth.

1.- App Inventor Bluetooth Code. 

2.-  PC or Laptop with Bluetooth.

- We need a PC or Laptop with Bluetooth.

- If your PC does not have Bluetooth, you can buy a cheap Dongle Bluetooth.

3.- Install AutoIt in PC.

- We need AutoIt (is a freeware BASIC-like scripting language).

- Download: AutoIt Full Installation. Includes x86 and x64 components.

- In AutoIt we work with SciTE Script Editor 3.7.3

4.- Bluetooth Code in AutoIt.

- Copy code in SciTE Script Editor, then save as file: pc_android.au3 in a folder.

- It needs 2 libraries:

- Copy CommMG.au3 in C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoIt3\Include

- Copy commg.dll in same folder what file pc_android.au3

5.- In SciTE Editor, run (Tools / Go) pc_android.au3

- Set your COM port Bluetooth.

7.- Proposal:

- Modify pc_android.au3, when you write in Android: "shutdown", PC shutdown.

- You can compile pc_android.au3 to pc_android.exe

- When you send a text from Android to PC, in PC is created Data.txt file with that text.

Hi friends, 

other version, in this case a chat between  PC and  Android by Bluetooth.

- Copy pc_android_chat.au3 in same folder what file pc_android.au3, (post before).

- pc_android_chat.change_to_exe ------> pc_android_chat.exe to executable

Hi Tim, I don't try with Linux,... perhaps with CuteCom
