Global Variable lose value when exits Firebase when.Taglist

Look at the picture

In Part 1 I declare TagList as global

In Part 2 I show a message with the value and it is correct

but 

In Part 3 outside the when.taglist it seems that the value of TagList variable is lost

Why?

Hi,

In your diagram, 2 happens AFTER 3. So, the code in 2 hasn't run yet when 3 runs.
