My Radio Player app is not working. No sound. I have everything set as instructed and a link directly from SHOUTcast. Any suggestions?

Post a screenshot of your blocks and the link you are using so we can advise. Also read this if you haven't already done so: http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/content/accessing-images-and-sounds.html

If you have an Android Smartphone, use the QR code creation with the "MIT App Inventor 2 Companion".
Scan the code and install the App on your Smartphone.
or connect direct with USB and the Companion to Emulate it on your Phone look this link - http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ai2/setup-device-usb.html .

good luck
