Android web viewer page about:blank

Hi,
only since web viewer is an app stand-alone, from Lollipop maybe.
I setted an home url then gohome, web viewer open home page but before there's a page about:blank in fact if i tape the smartphone's back virtual key it show a page about:blank... is it normal? is it only my problem?

Can you show some blocks so we can see what you are doing? Then someone can help.
From what you say seems some confusion between the AI2 web viewer and phone web browser using activity starter ?

Thanks Tim,
i used the Android web viewer component, you can see my attached...
when app show home page, CanGoBack is true! in fact i must intercept the title "about:blank" to close webviewer.
This problem it happens from OS Lollipo to Nougat. From Kitkat to below work fine.

My guess is that problem is in new Android web viewer.
