VIEWING PDF FILE BY USING TAIFUN PDF EXTENSION AND TAIFUN TOOLS EXTENSION

Hi steve. I just got my Taifun tools extension, and 2 weeks ago i got my taifun pdf extension. As you suggestion, i have to follow the example of Viewing Pdf file, but still does not work well. Probably i make mistake somewhere. 

Steve, let know you that I am a beginner in making app. So i hope you will be patient. I need your help to fix my problem in viewing my pdf file. 

Below i will show you what i have done, please be patient to see where is my mistake, and i will follow your correction. Thanks very much Steve.

Problem happened with the Designer and Blocks editor above as follows:

When I clik ListPiker1, It shows:

troubleshooting-general.pdf

Partitur.pdf

 

When I clik btnNextPage, It shows:

Runtime Error:

The operation + cannot accept the arguments: , [lblCurrentPages], [1]<br/><i>Note:</i>&nbsp;You will not see another error reported for 5 seconds

When I clik btnOpen, It shows:

Pdf file does not exist

 

When I clik tbxFile Name, It shows:

Nothing

please download the example project from the Google Drive folder and use that project rather than copying all blocks one by one
this helps you to avoid any issues

When I clik ListPiker1, It shows:

 you might want to select one of the pdf files to display, also don't forget to upload your pdf file Partitur.pdf as media file into the assets of your app

When I clik btnNextPage, It shows:

my guess is, you forgot to initialize the label lblCurrentPages with 0 in the designer

please use the example project!

When I clik btnOpen, It shows:
Pdf file does not exist

which file did your pick? don't forget to upload your pdf file Partitur.pdf as media file into the assets of your app

the first thing you should do is to download the example project, upload it into App Inventor and test that project without modifying it
then after you verified, that it is working fine, then adjust it to your needs

Hi Steve, I tried to follow your suggestion to use the example project from the Google Drive folder . But until now I cannot View my pdf file using TAIFUN PDF EXTENSION AND TAIFUN TOOLS EXTENSION
I attached my projek BUKU PARTITUR.aia, PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH APK FILES OR LINKS TO THEM ON THE FORUM, and book Content, Partitur.pdf Please help me steve, give me a favor, spent a few menutes to correct my projek BUKU PARTITUR.aia.

did the example project without modifications work for you?

as you know, ,the pdf extension is a paid extension and according to my terms and conditions, it is not allowed to post an example project, which includes that extension in a public forum...

I apologize for my foult, I am sorry not understand all the rules. I am a beginner in making apps, i agree you deleted my file. I will contact you by mail. I hope you can help me to make my first project Buku Partitur App.
