Try closing then opening the project.

That error may go away.

Sometimes the error flag does not refresh it's state as expected.

If you collapse all blocks (right click on empty space) and Ctrl-- to zoom out to outer space, you will see the attached screen shot.

Notice the two blips in the lower left?

They are the duplicates.
