Network ports for App Inventor

Does anyone know what ports are utilized to install App Inventor via a network?  I know 8004 or sometimes 8001, but then it is I believe 16000 something, but I cannot figure it out.

Perhaps this document will help you   

• SCHOOL IT/NETWORK ADMINS: Information specific to school networks (also helpful for conferences and hotel situations)  .  Ports 8001 and 8004 must not be blocked; AI2 uses them.
