I want to set the user interface does not rotate the screen horizontally, just watching stand alone.
I want to set the spacing between the buttons on the screen, how?

Set the ScreenOrientation property for the horizontal stuff... You can set it to Unspecified, Portrait, Landscape, Sensor and User.  Choose Portrait or landscape depending upon what you need.  Sensor or Unspecified will use the device's default.

For the spacing of the buttons, use a Horizontal Arrangement and set the rows/columns to whatever you need.  Then size the buttons.  If you need more spacingon sides, use another arrangement or set of arrangment components to space things as you want...

Put empty labels between the buttons.

If you need more space put spaces in the labels or even put some text in the label with the text colour set to none.  Make sure background colour is also none.
This is better than using pixel spacing because it will automatically adjust for different screen sizes.

I generally use either an empty label (no text) set to fill parent to push other stuff apart or set the width of the label to a specific value.
By the way, Labels make excellent borders or dividing lines for your screens. Just set the background color.
