Try:

and then

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. chrome://settings/
  3. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
  4. Under the section "Reset settings,” click Reset settings.
  5. In the box that appears, click Reset.

Hi Steven,

If you followed Juan Antonio's advice earlier in this thread, were you able to load the blocks editor after? We've started to see a number of reports of this error and are looking into it.

Thank you,
Evan

It doesn't work. Are there another way to solve it?
P.S : My Phone(Mobile) Chrome Web Browser is working, but what's the reason?

Hi Steven,

If Chrome is typically the browser you use, can you see if you have the same issue on Firefox? If it works in Firefox, then it could be a Chrome extension or caching issue, in which case try to run Chrome in Private Window mode without extensions to see if you still encounter the issue. Lastly, if you are still having problems then, it may be worth it to do the following:

  1. Open a new tab in Chrome.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to open the developer tools.
  3. Select the Network tab.
  4. Enter ai2.appinventor.mit.edu into the URL bar and load App Inventor
  5. Proceed as you normally would until the dialog appears to report an error.
  6. In the developer tools, right click in the list of entries and there should be an option "Save as HAR with Content". Click that and save the file to your computer
  7. Email the file to me and we will look through the trace to see if there is anything anomalous that could be causing the problem.
Thank you,
Evan
