Ali -- I'm not sure what you mean by "block of statements" -- but, perhaps you want the "do -- result" block, or the "evaluate but ignore result" block?

Both of these and other control structures are in the "control" palette, under the Built-In blocks in the blocks editor.

Ali... The first thing you should do is complete the tutorials, which will teach you how to use blocks, and build block sets.  Until you have completed at least a few of these, it's foolish to continue.  The tutorials will give you a basic understanding of how App Inventor works, and how to build apps with it.
