NEW FEATURE REQUEST: Collaboration

I'm sure this has been asked before but it would be great if App Inventor implemented collaboration (similar to the way Google Docs works) where multiple users could be working on the project file at a given time. I know there is the merge functionality but that seems clunky in comparison to how Google docs works. It is important as students work collaboratively on their Create tasks for AP CSP. Thanks in advance!

Hi Robin,

Yes, this is an oft requested featured. We have been working on it, but it isn't ready for prime time yet. Our primary concern is that there are corner cases where some collaborators can result in losing other collaborators' work and we need to work out those issues first.
