601 No corresponding activity was found can have many causes depending on whether you are testing on an emulator or a device. Not all things are possible on an emulator and if on a device and you link to an app that is not loaded using AS, you will have issues.

If you want specific advice, you should post more information about what you are trying to do with the ActivityStarter. Post your blocks?
