click spinner and show only value in row b with the same value in spinner

Hello all,

first i say thank you, because always reply my question,

i have data in google spreadsheet, like this 

ID	Name
1234	Saya
1234	Mau
3452	test1
3452	test2
1234	Belajar

and in app invertor i have a spinner and, list view

i want, after select spinner, the listview can show only value of row b, with same id in spinner,

like this : if i click spinner value at 1234

the list view show, 

Saya

Mau

Belajar

anyone can help me for this,

and my spreadsheet is anyone with Link can view, and this block i create to show in list view,
