Open another screen with start value screenname bug

Hi i think there is a bug with the "start another screen with screen name and start value" block. 

Whenever I click on the button to start another screen it doesn't response, but the moment i pull the block in the mit app inventor. my app start to another screen. 

What is happening? Where can i report the bug?
