CARGAR ARCHIVO DE FORM DE WEB DE UNA APP CARGADA CON WEB VIEWER DE APPINVENTOR

Como hago para que funcione la carga de archivos de una aplicacion que hice con app inventor, cargue la pagina con webviewer, todos los campos del formulario funcionan menos el input file y por ende no carga los archivos, no los adjunta y no los envia, como puedo hacer para que funcione!

the webviewer of MIT App Inventor is unfortunately not able to upload files, 
however both the webviewer of Thunkable and Appybuilder are able to do this ...
