I realized yesterday several projects based on the clock component. Now (16:30 GMT+2) they do not work anymore. For example projects http://ai2-test.appinventor.mit.edu/?locale=it_IT#5157947189493760 and http://ai2-test.appinventor.mit.edu/?locale=it_IT#5198859571560448. The compiled qr code raises an "analysis error" and the emulator cannot connect or gives raise to a "clock component not found" error.

Thanks for your help.

If you want help, it would be better to export an .aia and upload that to your post. With the links you gave I cannot do anything.
Cheers, Ghica.

use the production server http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/
instead of that test server

If you are asking for help, I recommend you to make it as easy for others to be able to help you ...
You probably will get more feedback then...

which means in your case post a screenshot of your relevant blocks...

To download the aia file, upload it to  App Inventor, open it, do some bug hunting for you, etc... this takes time, and most people will not do that...
Thank you.

I understand that I had to click on "report an issue", not on "forum". I'm sorry. App Inventor was working fine (the two projects I attached were working just fine until 16:15 GMT+2). Then I got a message telling me to reload the page as app inventor had to be updated. And from that moment on no one of my project worked anymore. I thought the forum were monitored by the App Inventor Team but, given the presence of the "report an issue" option in the help menu, I guess this is not. Sorry for having communicated in the wrong way.

Regards

Unfortunately the "report an issue" option in the "help" menu of App inventor doesn't do much. Could someone please tell me how can I communicate to the App Inventor team?

Thanks in advance

What usually happens is that one of the power users looks at it, because 9 out of 10 are user mistakes and the development team has very limited resources.
Then, if we think it is really a bug, then we will communicate that to the developers.
I am still working on yours. Have some patience.
Cheers, Ghica.

OK. I downloaded your effetti di animazione .aia and built it on my PC. It works fine. Nice flying bird!
My explanation for your problem is that the QR-code became invalid because of the update you saw.
And anyway, the QR-codes stay valid for ony two hours, so you cannot use them the next day.
Try building again and it should work. Maybe clear the cache of your browser also.
And, as Taifun said, use the production server if you do not have a real reason to use the test server.

Cheers, Ghica.
