he tratado con varios cronómetros y los comparo con uno real y se deszafran 12 a 13 segundos por un minuto!

se puede hacer algo para que sea mas exacto o no de tanto error. estoy haciendo un cronometro digital...

Here you will find numerous discussions of Clock timing issues  https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/timer   .   Perhaps there is an explanation there.  Somewhere there is an exhaustive discussion of a timer for chess.    The chess question talked about how to make a timer's result more accurate I believe.  You are going to have to find it.
