Hey there,
I just got a weird error when I start the app via the companion

"Runtime Error
invoke: no method named `StartScanning' in class java.lang.Boolean"

I actually just changed some things (layout) that shouldn't interfere with BLE. So - If I read that correctly, it doesn't  recognize the extension anymore?

I just tryed it with an exported apk - and it's perfectly fine. But not when using the companion...

So, does anybody know what I can do against? I attached my project.

Hi,
I do not have your problem. If you did not use AI for a while, then maybe you should update your companion.
However, I looked at your blocks and I think you have an over-the-top way of trying to connect.
Look at this post to find out how to simplify your blocks: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/mitappinventortest/6ogxY84wIz4/6LphcwLlBAAJ
Cheers, Ghica.

After importing an extension, restart the companion app.

thanks for the help.
Do not really know what the problem was. I restarted laptop, phone and updated the app. It's working fine again:D And thanks for the tip, Ghica!
