Issue:
attempted to create new project and received the message "Server error:
could not create project. Please try again later!". How long should I wait?
Another hour? A day? It would help to give the user an estimate of just
what "later" means!

"Later" means "until whatever is causing the storage system to respond badly stops happening". Usually a minute would be enough -- except when it's not :)
If this happens persistently, please send us the exact time it happens next time, and we can try to take a look.
