Connecticut's Data Privacy Law, effective 1 July 2018, requires software providers sign a school district's Terms of Service Addendum before students use any tool that stores personal information and/or that stores student products.  In this case, MIT App Inventor stores the code students write, and it records some personal information.

While MIT App Inventor has pledged compliance with Connecticut's law, the law still requires districts obtain a signed agreement.

With whom may I discuss getting a signed agreement?
