Feature Request: Draw bounding rectangles in Blocks Editor?

The backpack has made a huge difference for app development.

One thing I always find I need is the ability to keep related blocks together either for an arrangement or routine

Don't know if it is possible but it would be great if one could draw bounding rectangles on the blocks editor, in order that one could keep related blocks together, and even better if they could be rearranged in there with existing tools, and even better than that if they had labelling functionality!

last year there was a student working on a Folder feature, a visual organization tool for App Inventor

however I don't know, what the current status is of that feature

As Taifun said, there was a student working on this, but it did not get finished.

Prof. Turbak, for Welleslley, I think is planning to continue work on this.
