App Inventor and Google Play on Chromebooks

Hello,

I just published an app I made with App Inventor to the Google Play store. It works fine on actual Android devices. In theory, my Chromebook is supposed to be able to run Android apps, too. But when I open the app on my Chromebook in Google Play, all I get is a blank opening screen. Is there something about  App Inventor that prevents installation on Chromebooks that support Google Play? Not a big deal, but I am curious.
