To access many pictures on google drive you will need a google apps script to generate a list of file ids and filenames of the images in a google sheet. You can then download these as a csv and then iterate through the list of ids to show all the files in a list, and then be able to display a chosen file

Follow TimA12's links, which also contain a sample Project. Interacting with google drive is a little bit complicated but Tim has gone to great lengths to make the process understandable. There is no magic wand, you have to do some work, some experimenting to get it right.
