I'm the student in Thailand. I have a school project.I don't how to make the random app. Like wheel decide.You also can find in internet by search it.I'm try to make it.But I don't understand the way to make it.

Hope I can find the way out before this year.

There are different ways you could provide a random number.

1)  App Inventor has a random number block in the Math section

2) App Inventor has a pick a random item list  block om the List section

3) perhaps  

• Shuffle Lists & Unique Random Numbers

Do you need an actual spinning wheel?  If you need a graphic, the problem becomes a little more complicated.  You will probably need to use the Canvas ... consider reading
