Is there any way that you can set text boxes to accept only numbers, but simultaneously allow the use of commas? This is critical for the parts of the world that use the comma as the decimal divider instead of the period.

Example:
In the US: 1.2
Elsewhere: 1,2

Thanks for your help,
Kevin

Thanks for your quick response Taifun.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get your fix to work. I tried resetting the locale settings and restarting the device. No success.

I only have two locale settings for Spanish:
  • Español (Estados Unidos)
  • Español (España)
Neither seemed to work.

Any other ideas?

Thanks again for you help,
Kevin

sorry, my previous answer was wrong (I now removed it again)
this unfortunately is still an issue... you can get only the decimal point in the numeric keyboard, independent on the locale settings
