Hi to all.
It is possible with App Inventor generate a specific frequency, such as for example 12527.24 HZ?
Thank you

Here is how to do it with Java  http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8698633/how-to-generate-a-particular-sound-frequency .

A simple way to use a few specific tones like 12527.24 HZ  would be to record the tone on a PC.  The tone could be produced perhaps by a tone generator on your PC, then using the AI Sound component to play it back.  This technique is practical if you require a series of discrete tones. Here is an online tone generator that can save the file of the tone http://onlinetonegenerator.com/

AI2 has no tone generator or tone generator library so I expect you will either have to write an Extension or use pre-recorded sound files.

Perhaps someone else has another solution?

Do a Google search for a tone generator in JavaScript. Maybe you can make it run in a webviewer component.

Hi Maurizio,

I like this idea of creating a sound generator, I have created a small application, it is in this post.

Regards.
