Do you mean does App Inventor work with Kindle Fire.    Kindle Fire is an Android device, so the answer is probably.  See discussions here  https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/kindle$20fire

The Kindle Fire might not have a GPS or some of the sensors that can be programmed with AI2 (as is the case with other tablets).    Most tablets work well using WIFI; if you intend to use with USB, you need to find out if the drivers required to use a Tablet with the USB option exist.

Perhaps someone who has one of these things can be more specific.   My guess it that for most things, it probably will work OK.

Edit:  Since your heading indicated App Inventor Classic be aware, users can not longer program in App Inventor Classic.  Some AI code can be converted to AI2 using MIT's ai to ai2 conversion tool (some cannot)..  AI zip source files cannot be used directly with AI2.

Regards,
Steve
