Error code 507: Unable to connect. Is the device turn on?

Hie everybody 

i am developing an android app to that connects to bluetooth device(s) and i have used a  bluetoothclient component to connect to a device via bluetooth. However my android app is failing to connect to any device via bluetooth whether the device has been paired or not. i getting this error "Error code 507: Unable to connect. Is the device turn on?"

does this app inventor bluetoothclient component works?

you will need a bluetooth server on the other device, which is able to accept a connection
