mi profesor de curso, nos ha pedido encontrar la forma de manejar algunas opciones que se hacen desde diseño pero aplicandolo desde bloques, es decir colocar disposiciones y demas solo desde bloques, quisiera saber si eso es posible?

It's hard to understand the translation, but my understanding is that you are looking for blocks that can apply changes to many components from the blocks. You should look under the "Any Component" category in the blocks palette to obtain versions of the blocks for manipulating components. You can then manipulate many components by putting them in a list and then iterating over the list using the "for each" block in the Control section.
