Problem with State Quiz tutorial (uploading Json/ Geojson)

Sorry, but I'm having same issue with State Quiz tutorial as was in a thread from a month  ago trying "State Quiz" tutorial. (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/state$20quiz%7Csort:date/mitappinventortest/G38U97yrCtI/h658wplzBgAJ) 

I get "An internal Error has occurred" when I try to upload or assign the uploaded file to the feature collection.  I've tried uploading both the file that came with the tutorial and also the 'geojson' type file someone kindly attached in that earlier thread. I've tried with chrome. firefox and edge. (Windows 10 OS)  Thanks

Sorry Rexx....    the latest nb172a build of App Inventor broke the FeatureCollection control again.   MIT says they have a fix.  I do not know when it will be deployed.   I might have a work around you can try... busy at the moment.   I hope to post the code that will allow you to do the tutorial later this evening.

Here is a potential and partial work around https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/state$20quiz%7Csort:date/mitappinventortest/G38U97yrCtI/h658wplzBgAJ  in my last post in this thread.  Try the aia attached in my last post in that thread.   Let me know if it works for you. You should be able to develop a working version of the original tutorial using this code which uses a modified json file and some additional coding.

This example worked prior to Dec 1st .   I expect it will work despite the current bug in the FeatureCollection but am not sure.  Good luck.
