I'm trying to make an App which uses Google FusionTables to store information and then retrieve information.
I keep getting the same error and I have no idea how to solve it., the error is "Unable to resolve host "accounts.google.com": No address associated with hostname"
An Error in the SendQuery dialogue box also pops up saying Error 2601: Fusion tables returned an error. The query was: INSERT INTO... it then lists what I am trying to store and what values I am trying to store. After that it lists the previous error as well.
I've been using the "Pizza Party" tutorial but this error keeps popping up. Please help.

See https://puravidaapps.com/fusionerror.php
for common Fusion Table errors.

Be sure to use only the Service Account method.

Post a Downloaded Blocks Image here for fastest response,
along with your exported .aia file for backup.

Opening Screen1 is always an error.
Close your current screen to return to Screen1.
See the Screens section of the FAQ

I'm not sure you should be quotifying the numeric values in your INSERT.

I prefer the SQL INSERT statement query syntax, better documented
in the Fusion Tables section of that FAQ.

You did not show us the exact error message.
so we can only speculate.

Here are the two error messages that pop up. They are different to the previous error message however, the only difference being that I am now on a different device.
Also, I have tested that block without opening Screen1 and error blocks still pop up so I don't think it has anything to do with that.

The 2601 Error means you did not clear the API Key field in the Designer in the Fusion Table Control(s).

You can't mix both methods, as it will cause these errors.

See the Fusion Tables section of this FAQ for a link to
Fusion Table errors ...

See this sample ...
for how the Designer control should look.  You need all 4 parts right.

Thank you so much. The row still isn't being inserted properly, but no error messages are popping up anymore. The API Key was already cleared, but I forgot to check the UseServiceAuthentication box.
