signed with a restricted certificate

Hello Everyone!

I'm trying to upload my .apk in playstore and I keep on getting this error. 

Upload failed

You uploaded an APK that is signed with a restricted certificate. You need to upload an APK signed with your own certificate.

I changed my package name for multiple times and followed every single steps from puraviadaa on changing package name and i keep on getting this error.

Please I really need your help mates!
